Feat: Add custom system prompt setting#22

This commit introduces a new feature allowing users to define a custom system prompt for the AI model. - A new `SettingsModal` component has been created to provide the UI for entering and saving the custom prompt. - A "Settings" button has been added to the main application header to open the modal. - The custom prompt is saved to the browser's local storage to persist the setting across sessions. - The AI generation logic has been updated to use the custom prompt if it exists, otherwise falling back to the default prompt.
